Where these rules are printed
Every rule this page applies carries the document it is printed in. This is that list, assembled from the rules themselves rather than written by hand, so it cannot fall out of step with what the checker actually does. Page numbers are the ones printed on the page, never the page’s position inside a PDF — these documents get split before they are shared, and an index means nothing once they have been. Where a document prints no page numbers, the clause is given instead.
